Every year, Google, which largely dominates the field implements hundreds of changes to its search algorithm. Most of them are marginal and often specific to a language or a country, but dozens impact directly and sometimes deeply the search results for all users.
What was true yesterday, literally, is no longer valid today. We are very far from the former stability of the Healthcare Industry environment as well as its development and marketing timelines.
